Questions

Before you book.

Still unsure about your document? Call — a quick answer costs nothing.

The unsigned document, a valid photo ID (driver's license, passport or state ID), and every signer present. Documents must be complete and unsigned — we can't notarize a blank or already-signed page.

Homes, offices, hospitals, care facilities, attorney offices, car dealerships, job sites — anywhere in the Capital Region. We travel to your location and bring the seal.

Same-day and next-day appointments are often available throughout the Capital District. Evening and weekend appointments are normal, not an exception.

We're not attorneys and can't give legal advice or draft documents. We verify identity, administer the oath or acknowledgment, and complete the notarial certificate correctly.

If your document requires witnesses, tell us when you book and we'll plan for it. Some documents may still need your own witnesses present.

Payment is due at the appointment. Cash, card and common digital payments are accepted, and you'll know the total before we arrive.
